Stevenage V Ipswich at The Lamex Stadium - Match Preview

Westley eyes up changes

Stevenage boss Graham Westley is expected to make changes when his side entertain Ipswich.

Boro were edged out 4-3 by Oldham in a thrilling opening-day encounter, with Westley insisting they would be looking to bounce back against the Tractor Boys.

Defender Lee Hills' place could be in jeopardy after he was replaced by Filipe Morais less than 15 minutes in to Saturday's match. Hills was booked early against the Latics but remained strong in the tackle.

Morais could well feature from the start against Town while forwards Marcus Haber and Robin Shroot are also pushing for inclusion. Dani Lopez is still suspended.

Ipswich will again be without Aaron Cresswell.

The highly-regarded defender missed Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Reading with the troublesome thigh strain which has hampered him during pre-season.

Possible replacement Tyrone Mings is also sidelined for the next three weeks with ligament damage, while midfielder Anthony Wordsworth (calf) will also not be involved despite having returned to training.

The likes of Paul Anderson, Frank Nouble, Paul Taylor, Frederic Veseli and Christophe Berra, among others, will be pushing for inclusion at Broadhall Way.
