Summer signing Danny Williams looks set to go under the knife following a knee injury. The right winger signed from Hereford has had his chances limited at Boro so far this season making just 9 subsititute appearances so far.

Boro also have other injury doubts for the game against Gravesend at the weekend. Jason Goodliffe and Matt Hocking have just returned to training this week while Justin Gregory is out for another 2 weeks.

Simon Weatherstone is also a doubt having injured his ankle during training last week.

The injury crisis has already led to manager Graham Westley re signing David Perpetuni.
